Many fields must be set prior to submitting a registration request to SIRVA.  Listed below are the fields that must have correct values set for them within MoversSuite. 

 

Many of the fields listed in the table below must be associated to SIRVA Hub codes in order to be recognized by SIRVA Hub when the registration is submitted.  This association is created through External Code (Van Line Code) mappings performed within administrative setup.  The fields that require association to an external code are also denoted in the table.  Details of this setup are described within the SIRVA Upload and Download Setup and Administration section.

 

A user will receive an error message when required fields are not set or are not mapped correctly to a SIRVA Hub code.

 

SIRVA fields referenced in MoversSuite

 

All the MoversSuite fields listed in the table below are referenced by SIRVA Hub and most, if not all, will be required to process a SIRVA Registration request.  Fields required to be mapped to a SIRVA Hub external code are denoted with a (*).

 

Important:  Not all fields are required by the SIRVA Hub.  Each case is different depending on the request type, agreement specified, etc.  Setting a field that is not required may be returned in error.
