Leads established in MoversSuite can be uploaded and registered within SIRVA Hub.   

 

The SIRVA – Registration Upload option will become available when all necessary library files are present and the MoversSuite order is associated to a SIRVA Hub branch

When the option is evoked the MoversSuite user will need to provide a SIRVA Login and Password and any SPLC codes needed for each location associated to the active order.

SIRVA Hub requires SPLC codes to exact the location of the following types:

      Pickup (Origin Address)

      Delivery (Destination Address)

      All entered Extra Stops

 

The request will generate an XML file and transmit it to SIRVA.  The user can monitor the request, along with other requests, using the Third Party Interface Order Monitor.  The Third Party Interface Order Monitor will appear automatically when the upload is requested and will remain open until the user chooses to close it.  Multiple requests can be processed concurrently and monitored using this application.

 

The Third Party Interface Order Monitor can be accessed through menu option of Tools > Order Monitor.

Records sent to SIRVA Hub will be in a submitted state.  Once the record is approved it will be returned back to MoversSuite as a registered order and the Order Number will be set.
