Data can be sorted by values from any column.  Click on the column heading to have the display sorted by the data value represented by the column heading.

 

In the example Figure 7 (below), clicking on the “Start Load” column heading will cause the table to be sorted by the Start Load data values in ascending order (as denoted by an up-arrow indicator).  

 

Clicking this column heading again will cause the data to be sorted in descending order (down-arrow indicator).

The sorting feature can be moved to another column heading by simply clicking on a different heading. 

 

To remove the sort completely from the grid, use the Reset Grid Layout option available through the right-mouse click (see Resetting the Data Grid topic in the online help utility for more information).
