Available through the Apply Wizard is the Statement Import Detail dialog which displays the original and unapplied amount for all service codes associated to a detail line item.  This information is useful for identifying what a items may be causing a mismatch to what has been actually applied as compared to the data displayed in the Apply Wizard.

The Statement Import Detail dialog will remain open as long as the Apply Wizard is open and will automatically update when switching between detail items within the wizard.  This allows a user to navigate to other detail items and instantaneous view the Statement Import Detail data for the current record.

 

The Copy to Clipboard function sends the details displayed in the data grid to temporary memory.  From there it can be pasted (CTRL + V) into just about any open application including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Notepad.  When pasted into an open worksheet in Microsoft Word, the application will automatically render the data into columns where it can be easily viewed and summed.
