Mover’s Suite Administration > AFS > Storage > Storage Item Type
The Storage Item Type is referenced within the Recurring Billing Setup as the Item Type field within the Add/Edit Billing Item interface. This setting points the individual billed items that make up a billing record to an Item Code.

Description |
The Description is what represents the name and description for the record and appears as the user option when selecting an Item Type when adding the billed items of a recurring billing. |

Item Code |
The value selected for the item Code will be used to define the accounting transactions for billed charges. Item Codes are established within the Mover’s Suite Administration > Tools > Item Codes setup or through the Item Code Generation tool. |

Minimum Storage Fee |
Enter a dollar amount for the minimum fee to be applied to a billing charge. This functionality is currently NOT IN USE. |
