The application uses the DBMail (specifically msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail) and the QuickSend utilities to send messages in STMP.  One problem with using this highly efficient method is that no there is no historical record of the message, e.g. no message is saved in the Sent folder of Microsoft Outlook. 

 

Additionally, no errors will be sent to the user if the message is not sent.  Therefore, an administrator should verify that the process is working by creating a test account in MoversSuite that includes an test email account (such as their own).
