There are several wizards used throughout detail processing in Payment Management. In general, a wizard is a dialog that allows a user to navigate between similar type records without closing the dialog. A wizard can be identified by use of the “wizard” in the dialog title and, more importantly, the ability to move among records using the first, previous, next, and last record buttons.
All similar records within the same data grid will be accessible using a wizard. For example, all payables (Payment Code of “P” for a negative dollar amount) in a particular batch will be accessible from a single Modify Wizard. By pressing on of the navigation buttons , all changes made to a record are automatically saved and the user is taken to the next record to be processed.
