Mover’s Suite Administration > Third Party Apps > Xml Item Code
Create links for materials defined in MoversSuite to IGC carton codes. These records will be referenced when importing Containers, Packing and Unpacking information into MoversSuite from an IGC QuickMove estimate.

Important: IGC carton codes must be defined within the Xml Item Code records and the description (XmlItemCode) must be an exact match to those defined within IGC QuickMove. Errors will be encountered when importing records if the carton information is not defined within this table.
The table below describes the fields used to define Xml Item Code records.

Import Source |
Select IGC as the source for each record. The values available here are defined within the XmlInterface table (refer to XmlInterface Table Definition for IGC Software Integration). |

XmlItemCode |
Enter the codes used in IGC QuickMove to identify carton information. The description entered here must match up exactly to what is defined in IGC. |

Transportation Flag |
This flag instructs MoversSuite to include this item in transportation revenue. The default for IGC is to leave this flag unchecked. |

MSS Item Code |
Select an item code to link an IGC carton code to a MoversSuite item code. The default for IGC is to leave this field blank and reference the MoversSuite item codes through the MSS Material Type. |

MSS Material Type |
Select a material from the list to link an IGC carton code to a MoversSuite Materials record. MoversSuite material records are defined within the Materials Setup for IGC Software Integration section. |
The following table lists the known carton codes required by IGC Software, please consider this as a suggested list only. Verify that all necessary IGC carton codes are defined correctly as Xml Item Code records.
