The Account Profile allows a user to select an account from those defined within the Account Profile Management.

Selecting an account will update the order record with default s defined in Account Profile Management and the user will be promoted to confirm the change request since changing the Account Profile affects a number of settings.

 

In addition to setting the Account Profile, users have the following right-mouse click options available.

Right-mouse click options in the Account Profile tab are described in the table below.

 

Option

Description

Contacts Section

 

Send Email

Opens a new mail message using the default mail server with the email address of the selected contact set as the recipient.

See Monitor Orders Service for more information.

Set Primary Contact

Sets the selected record as the primary contact for the order on the account.  Primary contacts will appear in bold-weighted font for easy identification.

Services Section

 

Override Service

Opens the Service Override screen allowing the user to set a Status and to attach a comment to the service.

Note:

Status values are administrated within Account Profile Service Status Setup.

 

When a service has an override, a checkmark () will appear in the Override column for the service.

Note:

Save must be pressed when making changes to within the Account Profile otherwise changes will be lost.

Account Profile

Select the name of the account representing this order from the list of those defined within Account Profile Management.

Contacts

Contacts are defined for the profile within Account Profile Management.

Name/Description

Displays the name of the person or role description of the contact for the account profile.

Title

Displays the title of the contact person.

Address

Displays the physical mailing address for the contact.

City

City for the contact person.

State

State for the contact person.

Postal Code

Zip code for the contact person.

Country

Country name for the contact person.

County

County code for the contact person.

Email

Email address for the contact person.

Phone

Displays the phone number and phone extension for the contact person.

Fax

Displays the fax number for the contact person.

Monitor Orders

Displays the checkbox setting of the Monitor Orders flag.  See Monitor Orders Service for more information.

Services

 

Override

Displays a checkmark () if the service has its status overridden.

Service

Name of the service provided by the account.

Status

Displays the status value assigned by default or overridden through the right-mouse click option of Service Override.

Status values are defined within Account Profile Service Status Setup.

Comment

Comments attached to the service by default or through Service Override.

Overridden By

Displays the MoversSuite user that performed the Service Override.

Overridden On

Date that the service was overridden on.

General Notes

Displays the default memo attached to the service.  Additionally, users with appropriate access can edit text within this field.
