Setting the Image URL for a branch will allow it to be displayed on invoices, quotes, and statements as defined within the Defining a Invoice Properties record for Customer Statements setup. The URL specified must match the name associated to a particular file uploaded into Microsoft Reporting Services and is described within the Uploading an image using Microsoft Reporting Services section.

 

Setting the Image URL for a Branch

1.   In MoversSuite Administration (web),

2.   Open Common > Branch Setup,

3.   Select a Branch from the available list,

4.   Press the Edit button,

5.   Enter the Image URL.  This is the name assigned to the file uploaded into Microsoft Reporting Services.  The name entered here must match exactly to that to the uploaded file,

6.   Press Save to associate the image to the branch record,

7.   Repeat steps 3 through 6 for other branch records.
