There are several types of grids for viewing and accessing data within MoversSuite and all can be customized by a user. Summarized below are the features available within a MoversSuite data grid.
Features of MoversSuite Data Grids:
• Data columns can be moved, added, or deleted within the grid
• Data within the grid can be sorted, filtered, and grouped
• Custom filters can be created and saved
• The data grid can be reset back to the application defaults
• Double-click option to access full record or to access more information on the selected record
• Right-mouse click options are available in most data grids
• Grid data can be exported (Claims module only)
• The shape of the grid table can be customized (Local and Long Distance Dispatch and Claims)
• Customized grid settings are saved for each user (Local and Long Distance Dispatch and Claims)
Not all data grids have the same features and options available to them. A user will need to gain an understanding of the grid options and apply them to their own work environment.
Data grids are used extensively throughout MoversSuite and appear in many forms. However, there are a number of common features among all data grids. The image in Figure 1 (below) highlights the many features of MoversSuite data grids.
