The Invoice Properties setting will instruct the application to include a branch or van line image on each invoice, quote, or statement.  It can also control whether the header address will display on invoices, quotes, and statements.

Setting Invoice Properties for Customer Statements

Note: This procedure will work for invoice and quote documents, as well as statement documents.

1.   In Mover’s Suite Administration,

2.   Open the AFS > Invoice > Invoice Properties setup,

Figure 26: Invoice Properties setup options

3.   Locate and select the Report Name for the Customer Statement,  Note:  The Report Name in this table is the same as that in the Reports setup and a user may have to identify the record by its full file path name,

4.   Set the Include Branch Image to include the image associated to the Branch as specified in MoversSuite Administration (web) > Common > Branch Setup > Image URL setup,

5.   Set the Include vanline Image to include the image associated to the van line as specified in Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > Van Line > Image URL setup,

6.   Set the Hide Header Address flag to suppress the name and address information from printing at the top of the statements,

7.   Press Tab button to add the record to the database,

8.   Repeat steps 3 through 7 for other documents.

With image files loaded into the report server, branch and van line records updated to reference the image file, and appropriate documents defined within Invoice Properties the image(s) referenced will appear on the documents assigned to include the branch or van line image.    Refer to the Generating Customer Statements section for usage.
