Changes have been made to address issues encountered when displaying reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.  Errors encountered included rendering errors for large reports such as the AR Collections Report.

Daily Crew Hours per Branch Report was not calculating estimated hours correctly once crew was assigned.
