The Statement Title appears at the top of every customer statement produced. It is typically used to further identify the nature of the statement run, such as “Permanent Storage” or “Monthly Storage Billing”.

When in use, the Statement Title will appear centered at the very top of the statement.

An administrator can define any number of titles that can be selected by a user within the Statement Title field within the Generate Statement interface.
Adding Statement Titles
1. In Mover’s Suite Administration,
2. Open the AFS > Customer Statement > Customer Statement Title setup,

3. Click in row containing Click here to add new row,
4. Enter a Title description,
5. Press the Tab key to add the record to the database,
6. Repeat Steps 3 through 5 to add other statement titles.
All records entered will appear as drop-down options available to the user when creating statements.
