Orders registered through the SIRVA Hub mainframe can be downloaded into MoversSuite and orders booked in MoversSuite can be uploaded to SIRVA Hub.   Van lines and agents, alike, can take advantage of the benefits of both systems without concern for duplication and loss of data.

 

Each system exchanges records through an XML file format and a web service interface with MoversSuite.  MoversSuite also uses the Order Monitor to receive, send, and monitor uploads and download requests with SIRVA.

 

MoversSuite users can access the download and upload options through the Tools menu.

SIRVA Hub Options

Description

SIRVA – Download Request

Retrieves data from a corresponding SIRVA Hub registered order.  The order must be open and active.

SIRVA – Registration Upload

Sends the active (non-booked order) record to SIRVA Hub to be registered through the SIRVA Hub application.

Order Monitor

Used to track registration upload and download requests.  This application is separate from MoversSuite and can be used to continually monitor the request(s) exchanged with the SIRVA Hub.

Records sent to SIRVA Hub will be in a submitted state.  Once the record is approved it will be returned back to MoversSuite as a registered order and the Order Number will be set.
