The Tasks tab of an order or claim record allows a user access to all task items for a particular order.   Access to this tab is available through the following MoversSuite modules:

      AR Credit & Collections

      Cash Receipts (as Order Notes)

      Claims

      International

      Local Dispatch (as Order Notes)

      Long Distance Dispatch

      Order Information

      Payment Management (as Order Notes)

      Revenue Entry

      Special Services

 

By default all open task items will appear in the data grid and a user can use the Show All option to see tasks marked as complete or not applicable.

 

The data that displays in the data grid can be adjusted through the data column selector ().  Data can also be grouped, filtered, and sorted as needed.  Refer to the Data Grids topic for more information.

Data that displays within the Tasks tab is described in the table below.

 

 

Tasks Tab Fields

Description

Identifier

Displays either the Order Number, Claims Number, or claim settlement description associated to the record. 

The Show All option will allow a user to view all tasks associated to an order including those listed in Claims.

Note: 

The Identifier will be set to the claim settlement description (set in Claims > Manage Settlement) when the due date is based on a Dependency Date of “Claim Settlement Assigned to Vendor Date” or “Claim Settlement Invoice Date.”

Task Definition

Displays the definition associated to the order or claim.  This field is set for an order through Name, Address, Phone > Task Definition or for a claim through Claims > Claim Details > Task Definition.

Due Date

Displays the task due date. By default the data grid will be sorted in ascending order by the Due Date; with those tasks with no due date at the top of the list.

Complete

Displays a checkmark () if the task has been completed.

Completed By

Displays the name of the MoversSuite user that marked the task complete.

Task User

Displays the MoversSuite user assigned to perform the task.

Date Completed

Displays the date that the task was marked completed.

N/A

Displays a checkmark () if the task has been marked as not applicable (not valid).

Note:

Tasks marked as Not Applicable will only display when the Show All option is set.

Not Applicable User

Displays the name of the MoversSuite user that marked the task as not applicable.

Not Applicable Date

Displays the date that the task was marked as not applicable.

Module

 

Displays the name of the module that the task was created in as either Order Information or Claims.

Original Due Date

Displays the date originally set for the task.  This date will not change and will always reflect the first date set for the task.

Task Changed On Date

Displays the date that the task was changed.

Task Changed By

Displays the name of the MoversSuite user that changed the task.

 

Selecting a task item will allow the functions to become active.
