A user’s Security Profile must be updated to allow access to the Customer Statement module for each Branch that they need to produce or view statements under. This setting is within the Security Profile setup in the MoversSuite Administration.
Updating user access to Customer Statements
1. In MoversSuite Administration (web),
2. Open the User Setup > Security Profile > General setup,
3. Select a Security Profile from the drop-down list,
4. Select Filter Details criteria to narrow down the data listing,

5. Press Edit to modify an existing record or press Save after entering Module, Branch, and Access Type for a new entry, or press Delete to remove an entry,

When editing or adding an entry to the Security Profile record:
6. Select “Customer Statements” from the Module listing,
7. Select a Branch from the provided list,
8. Select an Access Type for the Branch as described below:

Full |
Users assigned to the Customer Statements module with an Access Type of “Full” will have the ability to view, generate, and reprint customer statements for the particular Branch. |

Read Only |
Users assigned to the Customer Statements module with an Access Type of “Read Only” will have the ability to only view statements from a prior run. They will not be able to access the Customer Statement Generation functionality. |

Users not assigned to the Customer Statements module will be unable to access either the Customer Statement Generation or the Customer Statement Reprint functionality. |
9. Press Update to keep the changes made to the entry or press Save to add a new entry,
10. Repeat steps 3 through 9 to edit and add to other entries as needed.
With the appropriate security access, a user will be able open, view and/or generate statements through the Customer Statement Management and Customer Statement Reprint screens.
