The Address Location Type located within MoversSuite Administration - web contains all descriptions used as option values to the Location Type fields associated to all MoversSuite addresses, including those set within the Extra Stops.

Location Type is set for the origin (Moving From) and destination (Moving To) locations from within the Name, Address, Phone tab.

The following procedures describe how to define Location Type records and how these definitions can be mapped to third party interfaces for the purpose of exchanging location information between systems.
Defining Address Location Type
1. In MoversSuite Administration - web,
2. Open Move Setup > Address Location Type,
3. Enter a Description within the New Address Location Type section,

4. Press the Save button to add the record,
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to add other Address Location Type records.
Any defined Address Location Types will be available as an
option for the Location Type address settings used throughout
MoversSuite.
Use Edit and Delete to modify existing records within the Edit Address Location Type sections.
Import to exchanging location information between MoversSuite and external application are the External Code entries. External Codes supplied from external interfaces must be mapped correctly in order for the data to be properly transmitted and received.
Important: Address Location Types must be mapped to External Codes in order to upload to SIRVA. See the Address Location Type Settings for SIRVA for more information.
Assigning External Codes to Address Location Types
1. In MoversSuite Administration - web,
2. Open Move Setup > Address Location Type > External Interface Mapping,

3. Enter an External Code within the New External Interface Mapping section,
4. Select the appropriate External Interface for the code,
5. Select an Address Location Type from the available list,
6. Press the Save button to add the record,
7. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to add other Address Location Type records.
