MoversSuite Administration - web > Move Setup > Agent

 

Set the Agent ID to a value that corresponds to the agents defined within SIRVA.  The Agent ID must be set up in the correct format and must not contain special characters such as hashes and spaces. 

 

Set the Vanline to a van line supported by SIRVA.

 

Set the Sister Agency flag and field to an agency supported by SIRVA.  The Sister Agency will allow the OA Surveyor to become active within MoversSuite.  The personnel available to the OA Surveyor field will be based on the selected agency; these employees will need to be mapped to a SIRVA Hub external code (see Personnel Interface Mappings for SIRVA).
