Assigning an Account Profile to an Order

 

A customer account is associated to an Order through the Account Profile tab.  Contacts listed for the account that have the Monitor Order flag set and have a valid email address will receive a notification when the Actual Load Date or Actual Delivery Date are updated.

 

The image below highlights the areas within the Account Profile tab that allow a user to set the customer and view the contacts.

Assigning a customer to an order

1.   Access the MoversSuite application,

2.   Find and open an Order within any Move Management Services options,

3.   Open the Account Profile tab,

4.   Press Edit to activate the fields to be edited,

5.   Select an Account Profile from the list available through the drop-down menu,

6.   Press Save to keep the changes made to the order.
