All claim-specific notes associated to a claim record are listed and can be managed from within the Notes tab of the Claims interface.

Notes can also be added, as well as viewed, from within this tab.  Data columns can be re-arranged and the data can be sorted, filtered, and grouped by column heading, as well.  Read more on customizing the display within the Customizing the Claims Interface section.
