Various data must be set depending on what SIRVA Hub Shipment Type code the Commodity Code is associated to.  This section details these conditions.

 

If a Commodity Type is associated to “PRD” then the following fields will be required/included for the registration upload to SIRVA:

        Move Information > Disc l/h (linehaul)

Move Information > Preferred Van Request

Move Information > Shipment Details > Product Code

Move Information > Shipment Details > Product Type

 

If a Commodity Type is associated to “DSP” then the same fields for “PRD” will be required/included, except for the Product Type.

 

 If a Commodity Type is associated to “HHG” then the following fields will be required:

Extra Stops > Segments > Load Date (ending)

Extra Stops > Segments > Delivery Date Range

Additionally, the User Service Code will be set to “EASV” and the Marketing Program and Estimate Method will be hardcoded to a value of “N.”
