Material records cannot be deleted if they are in use.  The Delete option will not be available if any of the Item Code Mappings for Container, Packing and Unpacking are referenced by records in MoversSuite.

 

The records that reference the Materials data are as follows:

•      Estimates entered in Move Information > CPU Quantities

•      Actuals entered in Local Dispatch > Enter Actuals > Containers, Packing and Unpacking

•      Rates entered in Billing Information > Guarantee Price Info

 

In the example below (Fig. 20), the “New Material” record can be deleted since it has not been assigned to any estimate, actual, or guarantee price records, and the “Dish Pack” cannot.
