Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > General > Note Type

Verify that a Note Type of “Lead” exists.  It is needed to import notes associated to an estimate into MoversSuite. 

Note:  The Van Line Code value is not used for IGC integration.

Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > General > Lead Type

Verify that all necessary Lead Types are defined that will be referenced when exchanging data with IGC.  The Lead Type is set within a new lead through the Lead Source field within the Sales Lead Information screen.

MoversSuite Administration – web > Common > Branch

Verify that the Agent and Van Line are correct for each branch that will be referenced through IGC.  The Van Line entered for the branch must match those defined within the IGC Van Line Codes Setup for IGC Software Integration section.

The Agent assigned to the branch must have the correct van line affiliation, as well.

The branch will also need to be defined within IGC Setup (IGC Setup for IGC Software Integration).

Estimate Prefix and Number are used to create the Estimate Number for leads established in MoversSuite.

MoversSuite Administration – web > Move Setup > Agent

Verify that agent assigned to orders that will be involved in the data exchange with IGC have the correct van line affiliation as defined within the IGC Van Line Codes Setup for IGC Software Integration section.

Agents codes must also be defined in VanlineAgents table in IGC for the specified van line.

MoversSuite Administration - web > User Setup > Personnel

Interfacing with IGC can involve up to three different users: OA Surveyor, Salesperson, or MoverSuite user.  One of which must be defined as a user within IGC (User Control table in IGC).  Verify that all necessary MoversSuite users are defined as users within the User Control table in IGC.

The following error will appear if no personnel assigned to the order are set up as users within IGC.

Notes imported into MoversSuite as part of an IGC estimate will be created by an IGC User.  The import  process will create this user automatically if it does not exist.  The IGC User will be created with the following attributes:
