MoversSuite can be setup to automatically notify all customer contacts when the Actual Load Date or Actual Delivery Date is changed on orders that belong to the customer account.  This behavior is controlled by setting the Monitor Orders flag on contacts within the Account Profile Management interface available through Tools > Manage > Account Profile.

 

When a change is made, either through MoversSuite or through an import process, an email message will be sent to all contacts listed for the Account assigned to the Order that have the Monitor Orders flag set. 

 

The date fields referenced by this functionality are found within Move Information tab when the Actual option value is checked.
