In several areas, a user can select and map multiple records at a time.

Mouse controls allow a user to take full advantage of this feature:

To select more than one entry at a time, hold down the Ctrl button and use the mouse to click on desired selections. 

To select a range of values, select the first record in the range and hold the Shift key down and select the last record in the range.  One can also click and scroll over the all desired entries, in order to select a range.
