Est Load Date From	Enter the estimated load date to begin selecting records on.
Est Load Date To	Enter the estimated load date to end selecting records on.
National Account	Select an account to report on from the list.

•      Order Number,

•      Shipper,

•      Weight,

•      Estimated Load Date,

•      Booked Date,

•      Origin City and State,

•      Destination City and State,

•      Estimated Linehaul Amount.
