Search Option

Description

Lead

Search will include all orders in Lead status, if checked (checked by default).

Not available within the Cash Receipts and Claims Find screens.

Order

Search will include all booked orders, if checked (checked by default).

 Not available within the Cash Receipts and Claims Find screens.

Foreign Order

Search will include all foreign orders, if checked (checked by default).

Not available within the Cash Receipts and Claims Find screens.

IGC

Search will include all IGC orders, if checked (not checked by default).  This Not available within the Cash Receipts and Claims Find screens.

Last Name/Company Name

Enter a value to compare to the Name, Address, Phone > Last Name/Company field value.

In Cash Receipts, the value entered is compared to the Cash Receipts > Last Name/Company Name field.

First Name & MI

Enter a value to compare to the Name, Address, Phone > First Name/MI.

In Cash Receipts, the value entered is compared to the Cash Receipts > First name/MI field.

Estimate Number

Enter a value to compare to the Name, Address, Phone > Estimate Number.

Van Line

Select one or more van lines from the drop-down menu and search results will only return orders matching the particular van line(s). 

Choose All to include all records (default).

Choose {no van line} to select only records that are not affiliated with a  van line.

Enter a value to compare to the Order Number.

In Cash Receipts, the value entered is compared to the Cash Receipts > Associated Order(s) > Order field.

Partial

Enter a value to compare to the Partial sequence.

Overflow

Enter a value to compare to the Overflow sequence number.

Set-Off

Enter a value to compare to the Set-Off sequence number.

GBL Number

Enter a value to compare to the Military/Government > GBL Number.

SSN

Enter a value to compare to the Military/Government > SSN.

Select the National Account(s) from the available drop-down list to include in the search. 

The application will check the Claims > Claims Detail > National Account value for matches.

Available through the Claims module only.
