MoversSuite Administration - web > User Setup > Personnel > User Setup > Security Profile
Access to Tasks functionality is controlled through Module settings within the Security Profile setup area.

Read Only access restricts Tasks tab security to Read Only and users can only perform a Refresh Tasks, a Show All, and mark a record Not Applicable. It also prohibits users from setting the Claims Detail > Task Definition and Task Group fields. Full access grants full access to the Tasks tab and allows users to set the Name, Address, Phone > Task Definition and Task Groups fields. |

Tasks |
Read Only allows the users to view tasks within the Tasks screen. They will be restricted from performing all functions except the Refresh Tasks and Open Order. Full access allows the user to all function within the Tasks screen. |
