6.   Select a Salesperson from the available list,

Important:  If the OA Surveyor is not defined for the lead (set through the Agents tab or by the Account Profile selection), then the Salesperson must match a user defined in the User Control table within the IGC Interstate database.  If the OA Surveyor or Salesperson are not set for the lead, then the user that created the lead (Created By field) will need to be defined in the IGC Interstate database.

7.   Select a Lead Source from the available list,

8.   Enter a Last Name for the shipper or as a company name,

9.   Select a Lead/Commodity Type from the available list,

10.  Fill-in other data as needed.  Refer to the IGC Quickmove to Moversuite Data Mapping for a listing of the data that is sent to IGC from MoversSuite,

11.  Press Save to commit the lead to MoversSuite as an estimate and the IGC Database To Use dialog will appear,

13.  Select either the Local or Interstate for the IGC Database To Use that will store the lead record.  The database specification are defined within the IGC Setup for IGC Software Integration section,

14.  Press OK to send the estimate record to IGC QuickMove.  When the lead has been successfully created and sent to IGC, a confirmation dialog will appear that displays the new estimate number,
