The Storage Requirements field in the Move Information tab allows an order to be linked to particular van line code for identifying storage needs.

Define values for the Storage Requirement field in Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > General > Storage Requirement.

 

Defining Storage Requirements

1.   Access the Mover’s Suite Administration,

2.   Open MMS > General > Storage Requirement,

3.   Click in the row indicating “Click here to add a new row”,

4.   Enter a value for the Storage Requirement Description.  These values become options for the Storage Requirement field within the Move Information tab,

5.   Enter the required Van Line Code that corresponds to the description,

6.   Press the Tab key to add the record to the database,

7.   Repeat steps 3 through 6 to define other Storage Requirements.
