This report lists all unregistered orders for a specified user, where the user is either a salesperson or coordinator.

Parameters

 

Parameter	Description
User ID	Enter the Username assigned to the employee.  This is the name used to log into MoversSuite with as defined with MoversSuite Administration - web - web > User Setup > Personnel > User Setup.
Branch ID	Select *(all branches) to include all branches, or select branches from the drop-down list.
Estimated Load Date From	Enter the Start Load date to begin selecting records on.
Estimated Load Date To	Enter the Start Load date to end selecting records on.

 

The user must be setup as a salesperson or a coordinator.  Orders must have Start Load date within the specified date range, must not have the Van Registration Date set, and must not have a status of Cancelled, Lead, Voided, or Will Advise.

Report Grouping

 

The report is grouped first by Branch, then by either Salesperson or Coordinator (the opposite of whatever type the specified user is).

 

Header Information

 

Group header data includes the group title and the total number of unregistered orders within that grouping.

 

Detail Information

 

The report lists the following detailed items:

•      Order Number,

•      Shipper,

•      Order Status,

•      Estimated Pack Date,

•      Estimated Load Date,

•      Estimated Delivery Date,

•      Van Number.
