Ideally, images should be designed to be scalable and saved as a vector graphic, such as a Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file. However, all major graphic file formats are supported. The following list includes most of the supported graphic files:
• JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
• TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
• PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
• GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
• BMP (Windows Bitmap Image)
In order for the image file to accessible to MoversSuite it must be uploaded into the Reporting Services server. Once the image is loaded into the report server, it can be referenced by the branch and van line settings as described in the Assigning an image file to Branch records and Assigning an image file to van line records the sections.
Uploading an image into Reporting Services
Note: The procedure will work for uploading images to be displayed on invoices and quotes, as well as statements.
1. Open a web browser window such as Internet Explorer,
2. Open a Report Manager window by entering the URL to access the report server,

3. Open the MoversSuite folder by clicking on the like-named hyperlink and links to the standard report categories will appear,
4. Open the System folder,

From the System folder, click on the Upload File (
) button,
6. Use the Browse feature to locate and a select the image file within the Choose file interface,
7. Modify the Name (optional). The Name is what will be referenced when updating the branch and van line records,
8. Choose to Overwrite item if it exists (optional) to replace any file existing on the report server that has the identical name,
9. Press OK to proceed with uploading the file into the report server,
10. Verify that the file appears within the System folder.

Note: Clicking on the file name link will display how the image will appear within MoversSuite.
