There are a number of files included with each release of MoversSuite software that contain bookmark fields. One of these is a move Confirmation Letter, and it is available within the listing of standard, provided reports. This file will be used as an example within this section.
The information presented in the Accessing Bookmark Files section provides enough information to allow an administrator to locate the Confirmation.doc file, reference it correctly in the Reports setup, and modify user access to render the file within the application.
