Establish links between Branches in MoversSuite to SIRVA.  Important: Orders for branches that are not associated to SIRVA Hub will not have SIRVA Hub options available to them through the Tools menu in MoversSuite.

 

Set Import Source to “SIRVA” for each Branch ID to be included in SIRVA Hub related processes.

 

If a branch is not defined within this setup, then the SIRVA Hub processes will not function properly.
