MoversSuite Version 3.12 Released

The official release of MoversSuite Version 3.12 is now available. The featured update of this release is the enhancements made to the Document Management system. MoversSuite Document Management now integrates with the TransDocs system to allow scanned images to be imported directly into Document Management or uploaded to TransDocs from MoversSuite.

The Document Manage Viewer is now accessible from the MoversSuite information bar through the new Document Viewer icon (). This icon also indicates status of the documents associated to the order.

The viewer itself has been updated to include icons that display the state of the document as being a successful upload, download, or if an error has occurred.

Other updates to the release include the following highlights:

• Expect faster processing times within the Customer Statement Reprint
• Long Distance Dispatch users will find that Current Driver Activity is refreshing order data correctly and that a Refresh Grid option has been added to the right-click options in the Orders tab as well as the Current Driver Activity tab.
• Cash Receipt batches with a status of In Process can now be deleted in Payment Management (assuming that they are not yet associated to actual payments)
• Recurring Billing updates include auto archived invoices upon storage run completion (as PDF)
• An updated list of current tasks will be reflected within Revenue Entry. Additionally, non-managers can now update the customer bill-to address
